Woah... Beautiful. I love the bird's face. He looks majestic yet fierce. The plumed tail is also very pretty, as well as the wings. All the colors work well together. He kind of looks like a falcon-ized red peacock of some sort. XD

Thanks! That's actually exactly what I was going for with the tail. In my original concept art I gave him a way more peacockish tail and there was a lot more green than red in his coloring, but then I simplified him and went red to try to make him look more like typical birds of prey. (:
